Shabu Shabu has always been a social meal, and at Ozumo, we turn dinner into an experience. 

The authentic Japanese Shabu Shabu includes house dashi broth, house-made gomadare & oroshi ponzu, and yasai moriawase to accompany. With carefully sourced cuts of beef, each person chooses their own: American Ribeye, Australian Wagyu, or A5 Japanese Wagyu, the highest grade of beef Japan produces. Order the same, or don’t. Tables that mix and match always end up having the most fun.
